If you manage the apartment yourself or are considering professional management for the first time, you can still contact us for our standard offer.
What exactly is free?
Our management commission is waived for your first 3 months.
Normal property operating costs such as cleaning, laundry, consumables, utilities and repairs remain payable as agreed.
What happens after 3 months?
Our standard management commission applies according to the service package you select.
Your commission rate and all relevant terms will be confirmed in writing before you sign. The minimum management agreement is 2 years.
Can I switch if I already have a contract?
Potentially, yes.
It all depends on your current contract, notice period and handover requirements to understand when switching is possible.
What happens to my Airbnb listing and existing bookings?
